Order before 5pm Lahore time and your parcel ships the same evening. Lahore deliveries arrive next day; the rest of Pakistan within 2–4 working days through TCS or Leopards.
How much does delivery cost?
A flat Rs. 200 anywhere in Pakistan. Free if your order is over Rs. 2,500.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes — cash on delivery is available everywhere in Pakistan. You pay the courier when the parcel arrives.
Returns?
Seven days, no questions. Phone us at 0339-4545111 or message us on WhatsApp and we'll arrange a courier pickup. Refund hits your account within 3–5 working days of us receiving the item.
Damaged in transit?
Photograph the parcel and the item before opening it fully and send to us within 24 hours of delivery. Full replacement, no charge — we cover the courier both ways.
Tracking?
Once we hand your parcel to the courier, you'll get a tracking number via SMS and on the order confirmation page. WhatsApp us your order number any time and we'll tell you exactly where it is.
