- Marketing service providers — email delivery (e.g., SendGrid, Mailgun), SMS gateway, and WhatsApp Business API providers, only to send communications you've consented to.
- Analytics and advertising partners — Google, Meta, and similar platforms, in line with their respective policies.

- Business transfers — if Accessories4U is acquired, merged, or sold, your data may transfer to the new entity (subject to this policy).
7. Marketing communications
If you opt in, we may send you:

- SMS — order updates and promotional offers (Pakistani PTA-compliant)
- WhatsApp — order updates and exclusive promotions via WhatsApp Business

- Order records: retained for 7 years as required by Pakistani tax and accounting law.
- Marketing data: kept until you opt out, then deleted within 30 days (suppression list retained to honor opt-outs).
